You may reschedule your session providing you give at least 24 hours notice. Please click on the reschedule link within your booking confirmation email or contact Malise via email or phone (see contact page or confirmation email). If you cancel or reschedule your session time with less than 24 hours notice, payment will be forfeited. Only 15 minutes leniency given for late arrival to session, otherwise session will be cancelled.
Payment Terms
A session must be paid upon booking via the online Stripe payment form. Alternatively, you may pay via direct deposit providing you book directly with Malise via email or phone at least 24 hours in advance of your first session. Bank details are as follows:

Refunds
If, after you have had an ATTUNE with Malise session you are not satisfied, you may apply for a full refund within 24 hours via email [malise@attunewithmalise.com]. If your session is part of a package, you may only apply for a refund after the first session. You may reschedule a future booked session, ensuring you provide 24 hours notice before the start of the booked session, otherwise monies will be forfeited.
Expiry Dates
Session packages have a 12 month expiry date from date of first session.
Gift certificates have a 12 month expiry date from date of receipt (see email stamped date).
Agreement & Release
I confirm that I undertake this intuitive reading or mentoring session with Malise Banks of my own free will and that I take full responsibility for my own well-being at all times.
I agree to take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for my own mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health and will respect the boundaries of the mentor/client relationship.
I understand that if I am currently undergoing any form of treatment from a physician, psychiatrist or psychologist which may affect my experience, that it is my responsibility to inform said persons and obtain their agreement that I am fit to work with Malise Banks.
I agree that I have carefully read and completely understood all the terms and my agreement of these terms. Your booking confirmation will constitute a full and binding agreement to the terms and conditions.
Liability Disclaimer
Each ATTUNE with Malise session and all associated content has been produced by Malise Banks. When you purchase a session you agree to the Terms of Use and Liability Waiver.
Any information provided within a session is for educational purposes only and is not intended to provide a medical diagnosis or substitute for medical advice. Malise Banks make no representations, guarantees or warranties that the session content is appropriate for you or will result in improvement of your overall psychological, physiological or emotional health. The content in a session is not intended to be medical advice or psychological intervention. Any reference to or mention of any particular diagnoses or dysfunctions is intended for informational purposes only and not an attempt to diagnose your particular problems.
By agreeing to a session you are assuming the (highly unlikely) risk of increased emotional pain or new symptoms. It is normal to experience a temporary transition period of emotional pain if you have unresolved issues that need to come to the surface.
By purchasing a session, Malise Banks may grant you a nonexclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use her copyrighted materials and any associated materials solely for your own personal and non-commercial use. Any materials provided to you are protected under Australian and foreign copyrights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any of the content is strictly prohibited.
Malise Banks has sole right and discretion to determine whether to offer her services to any individual and may reject a purchase by any individual with or without explanation.
This Terms of Service Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable federal law and the substantive laws of Australia without giving effect to the principles of conflict of laws. Any cause of action by you with respect to our Website or Content must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. Should any part of this Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
To the extent that any Content is in conflict or inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement shall take precedence. Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision. Our rights under this Agreement shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
Malise Banks is not responsible for your actions. You are solely responsible for your own moves and decisions and the evaluation and use of her services should be based on your own due diligence. You agree that Malise Banks is not liable to you in any way for your results in using her services.
Use of AI for Homework & Reflection Summaries
As part of my practice, I may use a secure, third-party AI tool to help draft personalised email summaries or reflective prompts based on session notes. Only your first name is used, and no sensitive or identifying personal information is shared. This process supports clarity and consistency in your progress. By continuing with this service, you acknowledge and consent to this limited and privacy-conscious use of AI. You may opt out at any time by informing me in writing.

Privacy Policy

Information Collected
Malise Banks collects personal information from clients, prospective clients, suppliers, contractors and allied health professionals. The main types of information that Malise Banks collects are contact details such as email address, name, phone number; and information about you including but not limited to; general details that can assist the session.
Malise Banks collects most of this information directly from you during an intuitive reading or mentoring session, or enquiry via the website. She only collects information that is needed for a specific purpose. If you contact Malise Banks to lodge an enquiry, she may keep a record of that contact.
Use and Disclosure of Your Personal Information
Malise Banks relies on your personal information in the daily running of the business such as in:
Processing payment for services you buy; or/and
Private mentoring, coaching and counselling session notes; or/and
Promotion of new products or services.
Malise Banks will only disclose your personal information to a third party when she has your consent to do so. Malise Banks generally does not otherwise use or disclose personal information unless:
Required by law; or
To protect the rights, property or personal safety of another client, or any member of the public; or
If you would like your information passed onto another health provider with your written consent.
If you provide your personal information, Malise Banks will give you the choice to unsubscribe from any email service that delivers further information about special offers, promotions, and changes to our products and services. If you indicate that you do not wish to receive these, she will not contact you further for these purposes. Please allow 28 days for your request to be processed.

Your Access to the Information Held About You
If at any time you want to know exactly what personal information that is held about you, you are welcome to access your record by e-mailing [malise@attunewithmalise.com]. Your personal information file will usually be made available to you within 30 days of receipt of your request.
Your Request to Change or Delete the Information Held About You
If at any time you wish to change personal information that is inaccurate or out of date, please email [malise@attunewithmalise.com] and we will amend this record. If you wish to have your personal information deleted, please email as above, and all reasonable steps will be taken to delete it unless it needs to be kept for legal reasons (i.e. to avoid breaching the Public Records Act 1973).
Storage and Security of Your Personal Information
Malise Banks will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which is hold about you, and to keep this information accurate and up to date. Your electronic information is stored on a secure server that is protected in controlled facilities, and your hard copy information is stored in a locked filing cabinet. Personal information is kept strictly confidential.

If Malise Banks becomes aware of any ongoing concerns concerning privacy practices, these issues will be taken seriously and the concerns will be addressed as a priority.
